Life & Mindset coaching means you will find a safe space & time within your coaching session to participate in a non-judgmental & safe relationship with Cornelia. Coaching means that you will be asked specific & self-reflective questions to help you pierce through the layers of yourself.

As you respond, Cornelia will listen actively and intuitively to hear the words that you’re saying, as well as words unsaid. Through that connection & process, you will discover blind spots and how you can take active changes in your life and gain more clarity and self-awareness to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others.

Cornelia will also challenge you by providing insights and questions to help you shed light on any blind spots, focus on your strengths and shift perspective when necessary.

    You notice things you haven't noticed before. You come to understand more about yourself and your behaviours and habits.

    Change is inevitable but change is also challenging, especially considering the nature of our brain and mind.

    ‘We all know that change is the only constant in life and growing is not a linear process. Many people I work with feel like knowing all of the above but can't just yet integrate it into their lives.

    And it makes sense!

    From a neuroscience perspective (and many other factors), you can't just turn your life around and be a new person within days. It takes understanding and active work.

    You consist of your body, mind and spirit, looking at your needs in those areas and creating a new baseline is incredibly important throughout your journey right now.

    I love guiding people. I recognise the stage you are in easily. I am energetically and intuitively very sensitive and hear the things you might not say.

    Mind: with a deep understanding and knowledge of the human mind, psychology and attachment theories, I can support you, help with shadow work and make sure your mind and mental health feel healthy along the way.

    Spirit: Very familiar with the importance of emotional and spiritual health, I can support you from an emotional and also energetic level. I am supporting you in regard to your emotional and spiritual health. With 20+ years of experience in spiritual matters, I am a strong supporter of this part of your journey.
