With a passion for psychology, the mind, the body, I have been self-studying and studying this area for 10+ years, spending 200+ hours together with clients in one-to-one sessions, facilitating workshops and safe spaces and most importantly, I have tried a lot of different methods myself and share from a place of experience and knowledge.🧠
In this podcast, I am sharing a lot of tips, food for thought, and a glimpse of my life and my experiences and I invite guests to share their wisdom.
